Advisory Services

Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the real estate transactions.
• Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Confidentiality: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the engagement.

Fees and Payment

Service Fees

The fees for our services will be agreed upon in a written agreement before the commencement of any work. These fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the transaction value or a flat fee, depending on the nature of the service.

Payment Terms

Termination of Services

Mahdi Salarfar and The Alpha Realty Team reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions or failure to make timely payments.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
