Alpha Realty Team is the public-facing name of ALPHA REALTY TEAM LLC, operating with RE/MAX Gateway. This policy describes how we handle information provided through our website, inquiry forms and communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, real estate preferences, messages, appointment details and communication choices. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as browser information, IP addresses and website interactions. Where calls are recorded or transcribed, appropriate notice and consent will be provided before recording as required.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide requested resources, assist with real estate inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain customer records and improve our services. Marketing texts are sent only when you separately agree to receive them. Requesting a resource does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing texts or AI-generated calls.

We may share information needed to deliver our services with our brokerage and providers supporting website hosting, customer records, scheduling and communications. We do not sell or share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Providers handling messaging on our behalf may process this information only to perform that service. Lender or other vendor introductions involving your information require your permission.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials or sensitive financing documents through general inquiry forms or text messages.
