Terms and Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

Alpha Realty Team is the public-facing name of ALPHA REALTY TEAM LLC, operating with RE/MAX Gateway.

Website and real estate information

Our website provides general real estate information and ways to request assistance. Prices, listing status and availability can change. Information should be verified before making a transaction decision. Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not create a buyer or seller representation agreement. Any representation, guarantee or service package is governed by its separate written agreement and eligibility terms.

SMS program

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

If you actively opt in, Alpha Realty Team may text you about the categories you select. Informational messages include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. A separate marketing opt-in covers property listings, market updates and real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent and cancellation

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number without selecting an SMS consent box does not enroll you. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message; further program texts will stop unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, call 571-707-3536, or email mahdisalafar@gmail.com. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Delivery

Messages may be delayed or fail because of carrier, network or device conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this messaging service for emergencies. These SMS terms do not constitute permission for AI-generated telephone calls, which require a separate applicable consent process.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
