Hi, I’m Mahdi Salarfar – founder of Alpha Realty Team and a licensed real estate agent serving buyers and sellers across Northern Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.

I grew up right here in Northern Virginia, Loudoun County – raised and I’ve spent years expanding that local knowledge across Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. From Ashburn and Leesburg to Frederick MD, Gaithersburg, Rockville and the Eastern Panhandle communities of Charles Town and Martinsburg WV – I know these markets because I’ve worked them, not just studied them.

I hold two of real estate’s top designations – Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) – both certified by the National Association of Realtors.
